With drier weather comes glowy autumn makeup
Not that glowy makeup hasn’t been a thing for the whole summer and a good chunk of the spring. But why change a winning concept. And since the winter is coming (I just had to put it in here, GoT has been my life for the past month) I thought it was time for some warmer colors. This is a great transition look from the no-makeup makeup of the summer to the berry red lips of the winter. A simple glowy autumn makeup look!
I created this look using only creams (and a tiny bit of powder on the t-zone and in the brows).
It’s a full coverage base using the It Cosmetics CC+ Cream in fair and the Glossier Stretch Concealer (to cover up the red cheeks that comes with cooler weather). To get some freshness back to the face I used the Glossier Cloud Paint in dusk. Since this is a more peachy toned blush it gives the face a put together look (far from the natural tomato color my cheeks usually tends to go towards). For some glow I used an old favorite, the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer Radiance and to finish it all of I put some of the Anastasia Beverlyhills Clear Brow Gel through my brows and a bit of my favorite Malin+Goetz Mojito Lip Balm on the lips. And that’s it! Super simple, fresh and glowy!
